I have been working as a therapist & life coach in the North East of England for the last ten years.
My background is in Psychology, although I have studied many forms of therapy over the years. Because of this, I like to tailor my sessions to each individual’s needs by using the techniques and therapeutic approaches that I feel will benefit the individual & get the best results, quickly.
I work on a one to one basis, either face to face, through online video or via telephone, the session’s last an hour and positive results can be seen within the first session.
Past problems can be explored and techniques used, to set you on a path towards achieving your goals. As well as noticing change in yourself, those around you in a personal or professional capacity, will notice changes too.
Everyone has all the resources they need to make positive changes in their life, NLP, SLT & IEMT techniques are used as a tool to facilitate these changes. Leaving you to concentrate on what you are thinking, feeling and any other sensory observations.
New patterns of behaviour are established and the techniques learned can be used in many situations going forward in life. This reduces the potential for continual reliance on the therapist, which can be the case within other therapies.

How can my therapy help you?
NLP & IEMT Therapy can be content free. This means the work I carry out with you can be effective without necessarily knowing about the problem in great detail. Clearly this is a major advantage over traditional therapies as people seeking therapy may be embarrassed about the idea of discussing personal issues, one to one, with a stranger. The very nature of NLP & IEMT removes this hindrance.
Solution focused therapy also tends to be fast, typically resolving issues in several brief sessions, with huge results within the first session! This will of course make it very cost effective and much cheaper than traditional therapies.
The techniques I teach, provide new ways of dealing with emotional problems such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem & worth, lack of confidence, destructive relationship patterns, sabotage, anger and many more.
Fears & phobias such as flying, spiders, etc. can be overcome as there are many phobia cures available depending on the subject and your personal circumstances. The same phobia cures are successfully used on fears, such as fear of failure, fear of public speaking, fear of examinations and fear of driving.

I also offer life coaching sessions, helping clients to work towards peace of mind, higher confidence & rebuilding of self worth. While eradicating negative or unheplful behaviours, to assist individuals with achieving their goals both personally & professionally and allowing them to enjoy life to the full.
